The purpose of this study is to determine if and how men with the surname DURHAM or variants thereof are related. To date we have proven that some DURHAM men are indeed related even though research shows they are descended from different ancestral lines. And we have also found that some DURHAM men that have ancestors from the same general colonial locale are not related. When you become a member of this group please disclose your oldest known ancestor with a DURHAM surname. The more participants we have the more we can learn about our ancestors.
