About us
Our mtdna haplotype has the great fortune to have a large number of people who have FGS results and are either exact or very close matches. Along with the pending Family Finder test results, we have lots of research material to work with!
But unlike those haplogroup haplotypes where the matches number in the thousands and thus are unwieldly to work with...we've got a nice-sized gang of just over 100 folks with whom to compare. Of course, we are always happy to welcome new match-mates when their genetic results show they are one of us!
Once we get more organized here, we look forward to expanding information here including maps, relevant scientific papers and our own theoretical discussions and analyses. See FAQ tab for more details!
