The heritage of Orinda and Aaron Davis has been a question for several generations. We may finally have the tools, knowledge and enough curious family members testing and searching to find the answers. This search is anticipated to include research extending from Vermont to Ohio, then the Republic of Texas and eventually Oklahoma and Western states. Because traditional documentation is scarce, we are turning to dna analysis to help support or refute origin theories. The scope of this project is flexible and will expand as knowledge is gained as long as the focus remains on the Aaron Cornelius Davis and Orinda Davis Families in a direct line relationship. Other known families are those of Curtis Beebe and his children, Harmon Blackmore, his sister Philena (or Filena) Blackmore and related.
