The purpose of this DNA project is to utilize DNA testing to determine relatedness between project participants and their individual lines and to test matri-linear lines to help determine ethnic origins (Halpogroups) and lineage haplotypes (set of DNA markers unique to each line) to help determine early genealogical relationships where records and do not exist.

This project has a donation page for descendants who cannot do the direct line male and direct line female testing (note males have the same mtDNA as their mothers and can test for the direct female line back in time)
