Haplogroup C-P39 is found in the Americas. It is a pre-Columbian founding lineage that is most common in Canada. Participants are those who have been told that their predicted Haplogroup is C-P39 or have taken SNP tests that show they are C-P39. The Haplogroup C subclade, P39, is the study's primary concern. Big Y advanced DNA tests have thus far yielded new C-P39 haplogroup subclades, which are distributed geographically across all regions of North Americas, as follows: BY1360, BY18385, BY18405, Z30747, Z30750, Z30754, Z30765, Z38940, BY22870, C-BY101109 Transfers from the National Genographic project are welcome.
