The Woodworth Surname DNA project was established in December 2005 by a group of Walter Woodworth descendants interested in proving their ancestry to Walter. In addition, these descendants hope to find related lines that may help discover Walter's origins in England. Non-Walter Woodworth descendant results will also be compiled in hopes of finding their ancestral roots. Any male Woodworth, Woodward, Woodard, or other variant from any country is welcome to participate.
