About us
The aims of the project are to use DNA evidence to identify the origins of clans/castes to learn more about the communities in the Northern Punjab and Jammu-Kashmir region.
Project goals:
- Assist members with understanding their family history and DNA results
- Group and analyze Y-SNP and Y-STR results
- Investigate clan/subcaste origins and migration paths
- Identify common ancestors and lineages
