19 Dec 2004 - as of this date, we have six members: five MYERS and a MEYER, with results returned for one.
21 Sep 2004 - the MYERS Surname Project was announced.
ca. 2004-2018 - The Myers Project is hosted by World Families, an open access website, in collaboration with FamilyTreeDNA
15 May 2018 - FamilyTreeDNA notifies members that World Families would be deleting inactive family projects, including the Myers Project, due to the European Union''s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) privacy standards.  Active family projects would revert to FamilyTreeDNA.
20 May 2018 - Richard "Skip", not a direct Y-Myers but the son of Margaret Myers, becomes Myers Project administrator, thereby reactivating the project.
25 May 2018 -The EU's GDPR entered into force
25 May 2018 - World Families closes.  The Myers Project reverts to FamilyTreeDNA.    Administrator access to member files restricted.
18 Jun 2018 - bulk email issued requesting Administrator Access upgrade to "Limited" or "Full"
3 July 2018 - Classic and Colorized Y-DNA (STR) Results charts updated.  See "Results" Tab for detailed information.
