This is a project to study and analyze DNA results from people for various MacCrummen/MacCrimmon family tree branches. Those with spelling variations of the ancestral Mhic Cruimein and Mhic Criomain names are encouraged to participate as well as allied families with whom there is a long history, including intermarriages. Other family surnames also encouraged to join this project-due to close ties as well as intermarriages include: Bethune, Black, Campbell, Grant, Kelly, MacAskill, MacDonald, McDowell, McKenzie, McLean, MacLeod, MacRae, & others.
