The Kip/Kipp DNA Project is for those in the direct male line or the direct female line who wish to work together to find their common heritage through DNA testing and sharing of information. Surname variations include Kipp and Kip. Testing would be done on direct male lines for these surnames, using the Y-DNA test.

A number of people have expressed an interest in belonging to the Kip/Kipp project and I have created a new subgrouping for individuals who are descendant of the Kip/Kipp family but do not have the Kip/Kipp surname.
