About us
Project goals:
- determine the geographic origin of the Z382 mutation;
- trace SNP mutations paths further down the phylogenetic tree from Z382 and attempt to correlate these mutations with specific geographic migrations across time;
- provide data subgroupings that will assist in addressing genealogical questions;
- attempt to distinguish between differing Z382+ migrations into the British Isles (e.g. Norman, Dane, Anglo-Saxon, greater-Viking).
