Our immigrant ancestor, Lawrence Dameron, came to America from England and began the Dameron/Damron lineage in America. Other theories have been postulated. Are there other Dameron/Damron lines that came later from other places? Are there Damerons/Damrons in Europe that we connect to? What about certain Jarrell lines that are genetically Dam(e)rons? The Damron DNA Project is for all who wish to work together to find their common ancestral heritage through DNA testing and sharing of information of our ancestors. We mainly focus on Y-DNA, however, we also accept Family Finder as well. Contact an administrator regarding mtDNA results, as most won't be accepted.
