About us
The main goal of this DNA Project is to make available the use of genealogy by genetics as a tool to assist family members in search of their Bowman ancestry or to confirm their Bowman ancestry. Participants must be direct male Bowman descendants for utilization of the Y-Chromosome DNA testing. The Bowman DNA Project utilizes FAMILY TREE DNA for our DNA testing. The use of the Y-DNA 37 Marker DNA test for our Project Members is preferred.
We would like to extend an invitation for members of all branches of the Bowman family to join this DNA Project.
