WALDROP, WALDREP, WALDRUP, WALDRIP, WALDROOP, WALDROUP, WARDRIP, WARDROP or any reasonable spelling variations are invited to join. Only males have Y-chromosomes, so only male WALDROP/etc. can participate.
If you are female, you can have a male WALDROP/etc. relative submit a sample for your line.
To participate meaningfully, testees will need to share their direct male line ancestry back to the earliest known WALDROP/etc., in the form of a pedigree (excluding living persons).
And, for those of you interested in either Family Finder testing or mitochondrial DNA testing we've added a new Co-administrator, John Smeltzer, to our family project who will take the lead on that portion of the project. See the Administrators listings for his email address if you would like to contact him to discuss these testing options further.
