As of 30 May 2013, 4 participants have been tested. All are descended from Robert Trawick Jr. of Wake County NC through 3 different sons: John, George and Lundsford. There are only a few variations in the Y-DNA results which helps confirm the paper trail.
One interesting thing to note is the lack of Y-DNA matches to those with other surnames (only 2 other matches).
Going forward tests from descendants of other sons of Robert or his brothers or uncles would be most helpful. Even more helpful would be tests from Traweeks in England. Tests from the lines we already have are also useful to help confirm the results and compute the modal (i.e. typical) values.
If you are or know a male with the last name of Traywick/Trawick/Traweek/etc., please consider taking a Y-DNA test from FTDNA.
