The Snipes Family Project is sponsored by the Snipes Family of America, Inc., and is open to all who are interested in working together to find their common heritage through sharing of information and DNA testing. The aim is primarily to trace the Snipes surname from the USA back to family origins in Europe, so those without Y-DNA connections to a Snipes heritage will be encouraged to join other group projects instead. The SFA may still attempt to assist those who may not qualify for this project, but who are interested in tracing possible Snipes heritage. All spelling variations are welcome. If your Snipes-related surname is missing and should be included, we may consider adding it.
