Skanke is an old noble family from Hov, Hackås, Jämtland, Sweden.
Descendant may be found in Sweden, Norway, USA and some more countries around the world.

This is an attempt to prove connections to Peder Nilsson Skanke born 1325 on the island of Frösön in Jämtland, Sweden.
Several paternal lines are followed by paper trail to present day and test persons are selected from these lines.

We primarily want to have direct male lines to Karl Pedersson Skanke born ca 1365 in Hof, Hackås, Jämtland, Sweden,
but everyone with a connection to Skanke are welcome to join the Project!
