News from the Sabey Y-DNA project, January 2018. There are quite a few towns in Sweden called Säby so both project members with the surname Sabey were asked to join the Sweden Y-DNA Project. The project administrators have confirmed that neither of these two profiles have deep Swedish paternal ancestry. This conclusion eliminates either of the Sabey branches identified so far as originating in Swedish towns called Säby or Sweden.
