This project creates genetic family trees of different the Roszkowskis families, intended as a counterpart to traditionally documented pedigree charts and an essential tool in genealogical research. It aims to gather, and exhibit, structure and organise, present and comment results of Y-DNA tests made by the men wearing family name Roszkowski or slightly altered spelling of this name in order to produce an expoundable sample, as wide and as representative as possible. Then number and selection of tested persons should increase in two directions: deepen and encompass more tested Roszkowskis and at the same time broaden with a view to identify the closest genetic relatives to the Roszkowskis. The latter should let find representatives of some other families they form distinct clans with and finally verify (id est falsify or confirm) theirs clanic and/or heraldic affiliations.
