YP728 is a subclade of Haplogroup R1a (>M458 > CTS11962 > L1029 > YP417 > YP418). As of now, YP728 has been distributed mainly to Russia, Poland, Estonia and Belarus. This Project aims to investigate the possible origin, ways of migration and further downstream branches of YP728.
