There are several P-rr-tt families in the USA, Europe, and elsewhere. We now know which of most North American lines are/are not related to each other. However, we have only established a few connections between North American and European Parrotts; most families remain unconnected. The goals are to continue sorting out the various P-rr-tt families, and to establish connections between European P-rr-tt families and their relatives overseas. Based on these goals, members need to take a Y-DNA test and be willing to provide limited access to their results.
