Genealogy + Genetic Testing

Are you making progress on your research?  Is your lineage well documented, but in need of verification? A DNA test may be able to help. There are basically three types of tests and the pages at World Families and Family Tree DNA will help you understand the tests and how to select the right one. 

The recommended Y-DNA test for this project is 67-markers. You can start lower, but should plan to upgrade to 67-markers at some point.
