The goals of the IrvineClan Autosomal DNA Project are:

1.        to identify the most recent common ancestor (MRCA) for members who match atDNA;

2.        to identify the parents, grandparents, and so forth of our earliest known Irvine ancestors;

3.        to share information regarding our own Irvine (however spelt) family histories;

4.        to cooperate with the Clan Irwin Surname DNA Study in serving our mutual members.
