First 37 marker results show that Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and the Quorn(don) Disneys share a common ancestor, probably Samuel who died 1724 in Radcliffe on Trent. Three results show mutations (different markers for each) from the Quorndon family member. All fit with known written evidence.
There is now a result for a family group from Suffolk with a definite link to the Maryland family in the USA.

The group from Stabannon Ireland are possibly the link to the Norton Disney family. Walt Disney is not linked to this group unless through a female line inheriting the surname Disney or someone just adopting the surname in Ireland.
