To my current knowledge the most distant Dade ancestor known is Thomas Dade who was of Tannington, Suffolk. born 1579 from the account here.

yDNA: Haplogroup I-M253
All current samples of Dade and Deed yDNA currently assigned to this group match I-M253. This haplogroup is generally assigned to north-west Europeans and is noted here as having a high concentration particularly in what is now Denmark. How the family line came to be in Suffolk is of course open to debate. Anecdotal discussions have suggested lands granted to a member of the Kings court from Ede while settlement during the Danelaw or anyone one of a number of population movements are possible.
