The Couch Project was started in 2002 by Billy D. "Bill" Couch.
After Bill Couch passed away, Becky Griswold became the Administrator of the project in 2021.
This project looks at the Y-DNA, mtDNA and atDNA (Family Finder) of anyone who has the Couch surname anywhere in their ancestry.

If you are a male with the Couch surname, please take the Big Y test or 111 Marker Y-STR test.
All other Couch descendants will take the Family Finder and/or Mitochondrial test.
