14 Mar 2015 - More questions than answers, but interesting that so far the highest percentage of matches on perfect 12 markers and even some 25 markers include England/UK, Scotland (Caithness, Orkney Islands area), Ireland, Belgium, France, Iberia, Norway, Sweden and Denmark. All of these would be expected, although Iberia is a bit surprising. Matches obviously far more distant in time (11/12 and 21/25) increase to include Austria and more Iberia as well as northern Algeria. My understanding of the history of people movements and even old Norse Sagas causes my imagination to wander with these results, and it is fascinating (although still very early and speculative).
