We have learned from this Project's results so far that two lines of McIver's whose paper trail connection we have been unable to find do have a common ancestor within the last several hundred years. We have learned that a third line probably does not share a common ancestor. We encourage members to report successes resulting from their DNA test results.  We hope that other McIver's will join this Project and add to our knowledge about our genealogy.
