1. To verify and connect in various ways of mutual interest, all related, directly and through marriage, living and deceased individuals, that descend from Rabbi Israel ben Shalom Zak (DOD 9/9/1659);
2. To investigate and uncover the histories of any and all aspects - personal, family, community, religious as well as secular lives of the Zak's, of over 18 generations, over the last 400 years;
3. To share in various ways the factually knowable stories of this particular family of a certain people, scattered over the globe;
4. As evidence based knowledge is confirmed, to use as a reliable source of early modern, modern, and post modern Jewish, national and world-wide Jewish and secular history.
