So far there are only two members, as a project has to start somewhere! One is in California, USA and the other in Hampshire, UK. We met through the Internet more that 6 years ago and have now met many times in the flesh and have become firm friends, believing that we are cousins. We have noted great similarities in our stature (both >6ft), looks, progeny and interests. We have holidayed together several times and greatly enjoy each other's company. Soon we will be cruising together from Hong Kong (China) to Mumbai (India).

Imagine our surprise when our Y-DNA showed we came from distinctly separate roots! Although initially disappointed we are now even more interested in the Sonksen tribe since clearly it has more than one clan. We need now to broaden the scope of the project and persuade as many others as possible to join us. Only in that way will we discover the whole story.
