6 Oct 2004 - the SIMPSON Surname Project was announced.

5 Feb 2008 - We currently have 24 test results in three Haplogroups, with some yet assigned. The project has grown slowly, but momentum is picking up as we approach the numbers that give us a critical balance for sustainability.
