About us
The objectives of the Royal surname project are to determine the degree of relatedness among those with the Royal surname or one if its variants and to assist project members with paper genealogical research in breaking through “brick walls.”
All current or new project members are encouraged to upgrade their existing Y-DNA tests to 67 or 111 STR markers, and should also consider SNP testing either through SNP Packs or the Big Y700 test.
