About us
DF19 "shared" YSNPs were found from FTDNA Big-Y testing and compares by your volunteer R-DF19 Project Admins (using automated tools, and also manual coverage and REJECTED checks from Big-Y "raw data"). Also includes earlier known YSNPs.
To find our DF19 "shared" YSNPs, each DF19 Big-Y was compared to 145 P312+ DF19- Big-Ys, to remove older or unreliable YSNPs, then compared to the other 210+ DF19 Big-Ys to find the "shared" ones, those not yet "shared" are "private" for now.
Currently we have about 880+ DF19 "shared" YSNPs at/below (younger than) DF19, about one male line DF19 ancestor with a YSNP mutation every 80 yrs. on average, about 42-48+ per DF19 Big-Y from DF19 to today, both "shared" & "private".
We have under the "Photos" section two Photo Albums of our latest and greatest results for 2017-06-12:
a) Draft R-DF19 YTree (YSNP Names & Addresses) from 2017-06-12
b) R-DF19 YSNPs: Names, Addresses, Mutations (2017-06-12)
We also now have our updated Age estimates:
a) Simplified R-DF19 YTree with subclade ages (2017-09-16)
The “Draft R-DF19 YTree (YSNP Names & Addresses) from 2017-06-12” has all of the “shared” YSNPs visible, as well as all of the test takers (incl. large families: Miller/Grant), but suffers from a huge a mount of data being presented (Pages 1, 2, 3, 4…. show YSNP names, and Pages1a, 2a, 3a, 4a…. show YSNP Addresses). So to get to the later pages, one must select a back end page, and scroll to earlier pages.
