The goal of this project is to begin to delineate and/or connect the various Qualls/Quarles families. This project will also help to answer questions of the origin of the Qualls/Quarles paternal lines. There is debate about where they come from. Some assert that some Qualls are from the Qualla Cherokee group, and some assert they are ultimately from England or Ireland or Scotland.
