So far two Pullinger males have tested their Y-DNA and have received their results. One has tested with Family Tree DNA (FTDNA), the preferred testing company, while the other tested with Ancestry DNA. The FTDNA results tables may be viewed here.
The two tests conducted so far are a 25/27 match. That is they match each other exactly when comparing the 27 marker Ancestry DNA test with the FTDNA 37 marker test -- with two mutations. These two testees therefore have a common ancestor.
More tests are being organised with the aim to discover how and where the Pullinger families originated and evolved.
