The goals of this project are first to determine which families in the Southern Pound-Pounds branches are actually descended from John Pound of Richmond Co., VA and second to see if any of the early Northern Pound families are connected with John Pound of Piscataway, New Jersey. A third objective is to find the family in England that connects most closely with these two families.
