Join the Pinkerton Y-DNA Project if you have tested Y-DNA and are interested in learning and sharing more about migration paths, ancestry and determining the Most Recent Common Ancestor for your Y-DNA matches. Assistance is available to members who may have questions about test results or understanding the Discover reports. Having tested and matching Pinkerton with a minimum of 67 Markers up to Big-Y is preferred for joining. The overall goal of the project is to document migration patterns of Pinkertons while filling in the haplotree. Thus far, we have connected testers from Australia, Canada, US, Northern Ireland and Scotland.
