How to Download Raw DNA from Ancestry.com
From the black menu bar at the top, click DNA, and then select "Your DNA Results Summary"
2. Click on the Settings button.
3. Click on the "Download Raw DNA" button.
4. Enter your Ancestry password and click the grey box that says I understand that my DNA..etc. and click Confirm.
5. Check your email for a message from Ancestry.com. This may take a while. You should check your SPAM folder also because sometimes it's sent there. It could take up to 20 minutes, but usually it takes 5 to 7 minutes.
6.Open the email and click on "Download Raw DNA" button and then in the next page click on "Download DNA Raw Data button." Click the button only once and do not close the browser window.
7. Wait until it finishes downloading.
