Juan De Onate led the first Hispanic colonization of New Mexico in 1598. This Y-DNA project is open to those men whose genealogy is of Sephardic (Spanish) Jewish lineage and/or Hispanic roots in Colonial Nuevo Mexico (1598-1800).
