This project is available to anyone confirmed or predicted to belong to Y-DNA haplogroup M. To qualify, the first letter in your haplogroup designation (BEFORE the hyphen) must be an M. Having an M-prefix terminal SNP (AFTER the hyphen) doesn't mean your haplogroup is M.
