This is an interesting article about micro deletions of the Y Chromosome and its effect on male fertility.
If you have comments and willing to share please do so. Depending on where the deletions occur on the chromosome will affect fertility.  The closer to the center the more serious the results.  I have heard that the deletions of my/our multiple deletions are at the tip and so are away from the critical center.  Many men will not be aware of this.  I have two sons so I was fertile. And of my sons has some difficulty and has no children.  My dad's family had six children.  Four boys and two girls.  Three of the boys had two children. One brother had no children .  I do not know if that  was by choice or whether he had none as a result of the deletion.
