The Morocco DNA Project has three main goals:
-To help the Morocco DNA Project members verify and extend their family trees.
-To further our understanding of the genetic makeup and genetic history of what is now Morocco, by combining our resources, we hope to make sense of the historical impact of population migrations and expansions
-To encourage Moroccan people to test.

يهدف مشروع المملكة المغربية الجيني الى معرفة تنوع وتوزيع السلالات الجينية الذكرية والانثوية لسكان بلاد المغرب الاقصى بختلف روافضهم الاثنية و الدينية، تحديد عمر الجد المشترك لكل سلالة و تحديد الأصول الجغرافية لكل سلالة، وتتبع مسار الهجرات السكانية للمملكة و مقارنتها بالمعطيات التاريخية الواردة عند المؤرخين.
