1:20 PM EST Tue. 29 Dec. 2009 Adm. James Green joined his late dad's kit (6486) to McElroy project, trying to get McElroy to appear in the list of projects starting with M. It is a Green Y-DNA (matching other Green Y-DNA in the Green Project), so will not match McElroy Y-DNA.

1:30 PM EST Tue. 29 Dec. 2009 Nick of FTDNA joined his uncle R. Emmett E. McDonald to project, trying to get McElroy to appear in the list of projects starting with "M". Failing to get the McElroy Project to appear, Nick removed his uncle immediately.

1:35 PM EST Tue. 29 Dec. 2009 Hung up from talking to Nick of FTDNA, Nick having said he'll report bug to FTDNA's IT Dept. & it should be fixed within 2 weeks & in mean time people can find the McElroy project to order a kit via "Surname Search". He also said he would have Morgan Mooney of FTDNA move to the top of her list, the sending out the pre-prepared solicitation to join the new [McElroy] project to the 13 McELROYs & 2 McILROYs who have already tested at FTDNA.
