This project began 18 Aug 2011 because of a desire to find my father's ancestors and to find other McCurleys or any spelling of this surname that may be related, with the hope that others can use this sharing of DNA to locate their McCurley or any spelling of this surname ancestors.
If you are just beginning this journey of discovery, do not get discouraged. If you happen to have the "Luck of the Irish" you may get matches immediately...since I began this journey in 2011 I have only had 2 matches and one just occurred in 2018.
