With DNA testing we have proven that the
Holsomback/Holsonback/Holsenbeck/Holsonbake/Holsenbake
and it's other variations that lived in North Carolina in 1763 and
the family that lived in South Carolina in 1772 are definitely
related with a 25 point match. We have also established the part
of the clan that settled in AR in 1812 came from SC and the
other part of the Clan from SC settled in Alabama in 1820.
Through our DNA project we have connected all of these clans
