Where are the lineages of my Group members?
-The lineages used to be on our 3rd party site per Kit Number and with Contact information. Unfortunately, we had to close that feature because of GDPR regulations that take effect May 25, 2018.

How do I contact my Group members to exchange information, lineage, etc?
-Contact the Administrator and provide the Kit Number of the Group member (or members) you wish to contact. The Administrator will contact them for you, and put you together.

How do I get my password to my FTDNA account:
-Click on the following link and request that it be sent to you: https://www.familytreedna.com/contact

How do I update the Ancestor information shown for my Kit Number on DNA Results chart?
-Log on to your account and under your Profile you will see a Manage Personal Information link. Click on that link. Then click on the Genealogy tab. That is where you will enter your Ancestor information (space is limited, so keep it concise). This is the only way that other participants will have a clue to what your lineage is, so please utilize this feature.

Where does my Most Distant Known Ancestor (earliest known ancestor) show on the FTDNA site?
-That info shows on the DNA Results charts, but only if you enter it into your account under Manage Personal Information (see above).

What is going to happen to the 3rd Party website (www.hilldna.com)?
-We will keep it going, and as of May 2018 we are working diligently to decide how to utilize it best to augment the features here.
