We were very encouraged by two Pennsylvania and one Michigan Herr males ordering DNA sampling kits from Family Tree the week of November 6,
2007.
They were the pioneers, the first from those Herr Families to
participate in the program.
The kits were shipped November 14th. Once returned and analysed in
about eight weeks, the results should provide us some preliminary dna data about the empirical relationship, if any, between the Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Other Herr Families who are already on board with us.
The week of 2007, we will send out numerous invitations to other USA
Herr families to participate in the Family Tree DNA Program.
Also, we plan a regular newsletter, which you can request distribution of, by sending me your email
