Goals
1. Obtain a representative Halloran/O'Halloran sample or group from each County of Ireland where present.
2. Where possible, have a Halloran identify their townland, village, or city location and if unknown, help them identify their ancestral homeland.
3. Obtain samples from the diaspora who have a Halloran or O'Halloran progenitor and be able to provide to them their likely area of origin in Ireland.
4. Maintain this Halloran Surname Project as a resource for all those who claim Halloran/O'Halloran roots.
