Project Goals:
We're doing a good job on getting a variety of Hagan lines being tested in our database. Our goal is still to find and contact as many Hagans as possible from as many different areas to see if they will be tested. So, keep inviting men to be tested.

In our research we have found many groups of Hagans in many States. Our ultimate goal is to have someone from every Hagan group being tested! This will make a broad database for everyone. We have groups from Georgia, Kentucky, Alabama, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.

We started the Hagan Surname Project in mid March, 2005, and now have 21 members and growing. Thanks to all of you.

#41097 Maryland: Frederick, MD, Francis Hagan, possibly from Patrick Hagan from Ireland before 1780. Also VA, TN, NC, SC
#11316 Maryland: This is the line of Thomas “The Immigrant” Hagan from Ireland. both 41097 and 11316 are from this particular line.
