This is the official G subproject of men who have tested positive for or are reliably predicted G-BY28175+, followed by it's three main subclades G-M278, G-Z6885 and G-Z30503. If you are uncertain of whether or not you are confirmed or predicted BY28175, it is recommended that you first join the G-Uncategorized&Root project. As most branches of BY28175 are few and far between, in comparison to more common lineages of the Y tree, we almost always recommend BY28175+ individuals to BigY test. Any information recovered from testing are continuously followed up on by the project's admins, with encouragement to all members of the project to engage as well in their respective haplogroup story.
